Hey, been constantly logging in to my fitness pall for a month now. Was always on my own and I am getting bit by bit closer to my goal but decided to interact with ppl socially as well because sometimes little push is all u need. My goal is simple- feel good look good be healthy. So if there are any similar minded ppl add me as friends ^^ my main interests now are Paleo diet, healthy diet,running indoors outdoors, squats and strength exercise, interesting healthy food ideas, superfoods in everyday diet and so on.

Add me if you like! Right now I'm just focusing on eating as clean as possible and lifting weights at the gym 3 times a week. It's definitely hard when you don't have any close friends with the same interests as you. Still trying to stay motivated hehe0
