Two things. Ok maybe three. I would have walked home from school all 4 years in high school instead of taking the bus home. It was 3 miles to walk home. That walk 5 days a week would have made me a much healthier person. I would have finished college when I started. I agree with others, it's not too late but life is hectic…

I GRADUATED TODAY!!!!! Started the program 8/4 and finished today!!! Was able to get through it despite having bronchitis for almost 1 month!!! So excited to continue running. My next goal is to improve my speed. I walked a 5K in July of this year. I want to redo that same 5K next year but plan to run it all the way!!!!

There is a crossfit place close to my house. They do it in the parking lot all the time. It's really amazing to watch, even the women do it. I am ALWAYS in awe of them...
