    5/6: 3+ miles chilly and windy, once I got out there it was great! One of my favorite runs =)

    I lowered my mileage to 200 miles this month because I have a marathon on the 25th and forgot to figure in taper and recovery weeks.

    2/5 - 9.1 miles road (2 runs a 3 mile recovery this morning and 6 miles of hills this evening)
