Did my first May Run today. Local parkrun. Got a PB and awarded parkrunner of the month so get to go shopping for a new pair of running shoes for free

2/5 - 9.1 miles road (2 runs a 3 mile recovery this morning and 6 miles of hills this evening)

5/3: 6.11 miles 90 degrees and my HANDS SWELLED UP! Has anyone ever had this happen? Super weird
