I am 5'4 and currently 201. My goal weight is 160. I enjoyed my curves at that size, not too big and not too small.

The Firm is actually located in my town. I worked out there for the past three months and I have the videos. It is a great workout. I saw results after 10 visits like they claimed.

Thank you all for your advice, I guess I will be lifting and adding strength training. In the past, I was focused mainly on cardio to lose fat.

I have large calves and a muffin top. I wear skinny jeans with a shirt that comes down to my waist. I do know how you feel though. I outgrew my entire closet. I am slowly working my way back into it though. I refuse to buy more clothes. Good luck.
