    May I ask what you're doing to loose the weight? Diet / exercise combo?

    Keep it up! You're doing a great job...remember to just take it a day at a time.

    Thanks! I'm eating healthy foods (well for the most part, aside from the occasional pint of Guiness or glass of wine), and I exercise 30-60 minutes a day, 6 days a week. I usually don't eat over 1500 calories a day, and MFP has me set at 1200 without exercise. I eat back most of my exercise calories. I switch up my exercise program every month or so, and right now its Ripped in 30 5 days a week, AB Ripper X from the P90X program 3 times a week, and three cardio days a week. Two of those days are 20 minutes of high intensity interval training, and one longer, slower run.
