I have tons and tons of recipes. Is there anything in particular you are looking for?

I have been doing something similar. I work out 2 hours a day at least 3 or 4 days a week and then the other days I do 1 hour. It works for me. My trainer says if my body feels tired to take a break from it. He also says if I feel hungry to eat more. I think it is a very individual decision. And wow...elliptical at level…

Oh I hope that didn't sound mean.

Due to Directv issues I missed last nights episode. I couldn't be more upset. The old me would go eat a bowl of cereal. :)

Replace the cream with vegetable stock and silken tofu.

Hmmm, I would give myself a day of two off of exercise and really rest up but keep up on the nutrition.

I would start with a gentle cleanse. If it is your first cleanse be careful. You will read and hear some crazy stuff out there. I have done a lot of them..hehe. Then you really just want to avoid processed foods like the other posters are saying. One good rule of thumb is avoid boxed or canned food. Avoid the "whites" too.…

I am new to MFP also. I do a lot of weight training on top of the cardio as well as group fitness classes. Is there a way to put in the calories burned for strength training? Am I just missing it? I know when I work with my trainer....I have to be burning some calories...lol.

You're welcome. If you can't tell I LOVE tofu!

I suffered from depression and anxiety in silence for years. Like many of the above posters I thought medication was a last resort. I tried everything...I mean everything. I finally realized that if I were diabetic I would see nothing wrong using insulin....depression and anxiety aren't a made up problem. They are a real…

I just thought of one more thing. There is also Tofu Shirataki Noodles. They are super low calorie noodle replacement.

You can marinate it in anything. My favorite is a spicy Korean chile sauce. For this, I like the extra firm. I just cut the tofu into fourths or sixths, put it flat onto a pile of paper towels on a plate, put a bunch more paper towels on top of it, stack a ton of plates on top of that, and put it in the fridge. After a few…

I love tofu! It has to be prepared well though. It takes on the taste of whatever you prepare it with or marinate it in. The best thing to do it to press it first to remove the excess liquid then marinate it. Yum, yum!!!
