you can find it under reports on the computer - one of the tabs at the top of your screen. As for what it means it just takes your daily net calorie goal and shows it to you as a weekly measurement (ie. multiply by 7) so it shows you for a week how much you are over or under.

were you eating back your exercise calories before so 1300 + 400 or 500 = 1700 or 1800 which means you aren't actually eating more now... If this isn't the case agreed give it 6-8 weeks :smile:

Exactly... lock anyone up in a gym with a doctor, nutritionist, personal trainers and nothing but healthy food to eat for 3-4 months and say if you do it I'll give you a ton of cash... ANYONE would lose weight. It is completely unrealistic, not to mention when the real world kicks backs in...
