Well it's not lemonade but I seen a yummy drink the other day: You take a large pitcher fill it with water then add 3 plums (cut in half and pit removed) then add 8 tea bags then let sit in the fridge...haven't tried it but it sounded good!

Ahh thanks for info - I will look at the powders but unfortunately there is nothing else (cream wise) that are low in anything - a lot say fat free no sugar free of anything! It only takes me 20 minutes to get to the States but I don't want the hassle if it's no good anyways...:smile:

By any chance has anyone ever tried this in their coffees?? I love my coffee and put in the French Vanilla FAT FREE version - which is still high in calories and sugar...where I live we don't have the SUGAR FREE - is it worth a trip to the States to get it?? Thanks...:huh:

M, I do eat probably 3-4 small meals throughout the day...I'll have a shake at 9am then a snack at 11am then another shake at 1pm. From there I will have another snack at 3pm then a "dinner" after that. Sometimes a snack consists of a banana or 100 cal popcorn... Thanks, LeeAnn

Ahhh yes the "time" thing is sometimes very hard. It's funny to think that you really only need 1 hour to go to the gym but for some reason (or in my case) I just can't find it sometimes (2 kids but no excuses). Could you take a break from studying (say the mid-way point) and just go workout...I bet you would feel way more…

What is also good is cut up beets. I boil them for 45 mins with skin on then immediately to cold water. The skin just peels away. I cut them up in sections, throw them into the microwave for 20 seconds then straight onto a spinach salad and a low fat thai dressing, it is really good!

I would agree and say go out and have fun! What I have done in the past is have a glass of wine then a glass of water!

I'm not lifting weights or trying to bulk up, just trying to lose 15 pounds of baby fat! So is the high protein levels OK or should I cut out one of the protein shakes?

Ohhh I would love to know the answer to this question since I have the same problem. My protein is wayyyy over, by about 25 due to the protein shakes I've been having for breakfast and lunch. Does this extra protein turn into fat??
