Chicken alfredo with broccoli. Parmesean crusted chicken cutlets. Sub bread crumbs for almond meal or maybe even pork rinds. Or your own keto bread crumbs.

Thank you!! My friend wants me to do keto with her and though I agree we need more healthy fats and less bad carbs, I don't think covering everything in mayo or eating pork rinds is good for you!

I know it's basically nutrition and exercise, I was just seeing if it truly helps weight loss as speed the metabolism. I am a firm believer it has many benefits though, as it helps soothe my joints and nerves.

Maybe just exercise with her? Don't be like hey let's exercise but maybe let's ride bikes or go on a nature walk. Get her active without her realizing she's exercising.

Depends on your height and body frame. I'm 277 now but my first goal is to be 199 and then go from there. I'm 5'7 and have a large body frame so I've seen charts say anywhere from 143-163 would be good for me.

I was at a 3 week plateau as well. Take photos. Change your workout. Try more cardio. You could be gaining muscle.

I'm 24, 5'7 and 278. I lost 21 pounds so far and want to lose at least 79 more. Want to get to onderland and see how much more I need to go.

It didn't say anything. When I exercise, it feels low impact. My MFP suggests 1560 calories to lose 2 pounds a week. I don't feel tired but I do fall asleep quicker and earlier at night!

I weigh myself once a week almost first thing in the morning after I potty and weigh naked. Lol. If I know I exercised a lot and ate well, I may weigh myself more because I love seeing it go down and it motivates me to keep going. I agree take photos. Where the same outfit!

I try to stick with clean whole foods but splurge on chocolate lol. I read it's good to have a cheat day because it will help you not to gain weight after you lost it. My friend wants me to do keto with her but personally I think carbs are needed like in fruits and potatoes or corn.
