  • I have also had bpd, depression and anxiety as my diagnoses. Now my anxiety is the main thing, and I'm not sure if I "qualify" for bpd anymore. I'm more of a over sensitive type of bpd than impulsive.
  • She loved it. :) She also cried a little, I thought that was sweet. I've been really lucky to have her in my life.
  • For me there are good days and bad days in running. One day I struggle to run even for ten minutes, another day I run 10k with ease. I've noticed this does have something to do with how I've eaten the day before. If I haven't eaten that much or not very nutritious food, it's harder to run. Try listening to radio, so you…
  • I hope that the stuffed animal I made isn't going to be a problem.. Though as I said, it's made by me so it has no monetary value, and it's small enough to be hidden in a bottom of a drawer or something. I didn't even use any extra money on it, materials were some leftover stuff. Now I'm a little scared, I'd be quite hurt…
  • Thank you all, I'm especially happy to hear that you who have worked as counselor/therapist appreciate this stuff. I don't want to give her something she'll just throw away when I'm gone.
  • What? Oh, eww, no. Haha. I guess I could have thought about the title a little more.
  • Not really my choice that it'll end, but oh well. (State won't pay anymore and I don't have the money to pay for it myself, except for everyone now and then, monthly or so. Somehow we're considering this to be "the end" anyway.) Thanks everyone, for some reason I'm nervous about this and needed reassurance.
  • If I have it I don't take it off, if I don't have it I don't put it on. I'll go to shower afterwards, and my skin get really easily dry, so washing twice is no good. But if my exercise is swimming, then I'll take it off - I don't want to mess the pool.
  • Thanks, I'm gonna try this some day.
  • Jog, swim and horse ride. Occasionally fitness games on Wii or XBox.
  • I'm from Finland. The weirdest Finish food I love is mämmi. It's traditional easter dessert and literally looks like *kitten*. It's made of rye and tastes sweet, great with sugar and cream. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mämmi for more info and pics. I also love a thing my grandma makes, she calls it "fat bits". It's rye…
  • My fiancé is a whole foot taller than me and I love it. :) I feel small and cute, and above all safe beside him. Like others have said, a guy shorter than me would make me feel huge, and I'm not, I'm short. But a man doesn't have to be a whole foot taller to seem attractive to me, it's more about their face and physique -…
  • My mom. When I was a teenager she asked every now and then "So how much do you weigh now?" in a tone that it was clear that she ment I had put on weight and it was not a good thing. And btw, I've never been over weight, so I don't know why she needed to make remarks of my body. Also once when I was shopping for a bra with…
  • I want to join too. I'm 24-year-old uni student from Finland. I started running this spring, and I'm fairly slow, running around 5 mph. I have run a 10k race this year, and hope to strengthen my muscles so that I can go longer - for now 12k is a bit too much, as I have sore knees after that kind of a distance. I hope that…
  • I have no answers for you, but I'm going through pretty much the same right now. I purged today for the first time in about two years (though what came up was mostly water), and I'm afraid that this has lowered the threshold to do it again. :( So I just wanted to let you know that you're not alone. <3
  • I wear size 34E and I have Shock Absorber. It's great, one is definitely enough, and nothing is bouncing too much. Of course it's tighter than a normal bra, but you'll get used to it, and it wouldn't give enough support if it wasn't.
  • You know that hood over your stove? Put that on and cut your onion under it, that works for me.
  • I'm under 5'2, and that's just fine. I'd like smaller boobs, living with cup size E is not that great. People stare, my back hurts, and I can rarely find a fitting bra with decent price. I'd like to have cup size C, but even D would make my life a lot easier.
  • I'm 24, turning 25 late this year. Anyone is free to add me. :)
  • Like some others in this thread, listening to music helps me a lot when I'm in public. It creates an illusion of people not hearing/seeing me, when I can't hear them or notice them when I'm focusing on the music.
  • Use the dry weight! Cooking only adds water, and it can depend on a lot of things how much water the product takes in. For example, with pasta it depends on how long you cook it. So check how many calories it has when uncooked and use the dry weight to calculate calories. Water doesn't add cals. :)
  • It's mixture. I'd say feminine bohemian hippie rocker.
  • 1. My anxiety disorder to disappear for good. 2. To have a family of me, my fiancé (or husband if we had the money to get married), two or three kids and some animals (like a dog, few cats, a horse, some bunnies.. you know, all the cute fluffy things). 3. Own house in the country side.

  • Don't teach yourself how to deliberately throw up. And always clear web browser history.
  • I'm a 24-year-old uni student maintaining/toning/losing the last pounds. I've got some mental issues, if you're fine with that, add me! Anyone else is free to do so as well.
  • I'm using metric system, both in my own and my foods weigh. I have hard time perceiving the lbs and ounces and stuff, as I've used metric my whole life. :) Add me if you want to.
  • Hi! I think Finland isn't technically part of Scandinavia, but close enough! I'm a uni student from Helsinki, not really much to lose, but trying to get rid of the little extra fat-roll on my stomach and get fitter. I ride, swim and jog, my goals now are to get more toned and run a 10k race.
  • I log daily, anyone is free to add me. :)
  • Fluent in Finnish (native) and English. I also know Swedish and German, though I'm much better at listening/reading than speaking/writing.
  • I wouldn't mind some more like-minded lunatics on my friend list, so go ahead, add me. :) Oh, an update: I'm now eating more than I say in the original post, my goal is around 1800 calories.
