I've lost 20 pounds in 2.5 months just doing Wii My Fitness Coach, walking at a fast pace and some hiking. I do bike rides here and there with my kids and kick the soccer ball around with my son. Nothing major.

My losses have slowed too. I was pretty consistent with 2.9 weight losses every week and the last two weekly weigh ins have been 1.5 and 1.3 losses. I only have 15 pounds to reach my goal so I had changed my weekly weight loss goal to the MFP recommended 1 pound loss. I'm at least meeting those goals. I've come to accept…

Since I started this 2 months ago I've tried to eat back all or most of my workout calories but trying to stay as close as possible to my daily calorie goal and I've lost almost 14.5 pounds. My goal is to lose 34 pounds total and it's worked for me so far.

I've just started this about mid January and it's made it really easy for me to stick to. I've never had a huge weight problem..nothing more than maybe 30 pounds overweight which is of course 30 pounds too much so I've never really tried to lose it and keep it off.
