Sugar free Jello helps me tons when I feel hungry. One whole box is just 4 g of protein and is quite a bit if you eat it all in one sitting. :)

I couldn't give up sweets. I eat a belt sander brownie every night with artic zero or I fit a donut in my macros. If I were to give it up completely i would end up binging eventually so I make something fit every day.

It's all a matter of personal preference. I found for myself that I work out better in the morning with no food in my stomach. I tend to have more energy in the morning and and get through my weight training better. But honestly do whatever works for YOU. :)

I always leave a snack for nighttime because I always get hungry. I usually eat a belt sander brownie with artic zero and a HUGE bowl of SF Jello a little while later. Doing that keeps me satisfied and curbs my late night sweet tooth. :)

Hey there! Im 5'2 and I currently weight 123. I started my journey at about 140 pounds and have a current goal weight of 115. Depending on how I look and feel I might go lower but I am trying to take it one pound at a time. :) Feel free to add me, the more friends I have the better!

Great posts above but I just want to add that if you want to get closer to hitting your macros log everything you want to eat in the morning and make whatever u want/need fit. I stay within a 3 g +/- every day and I pre log all my meals in the morning right when I wake up. I have a little wiggle room to adjust as the day…

Right now pretty much everything! I would love some pizza, cake, or some more Olive Garden breadsticks since I had a few at dinner and they were delicious. Now im sad and want all the food. :(

I'm 5'2 with a goal weight of 115. I'm not quite sure if ill make it there since I have a decent amount of muscle and lift heavy so we will have to see. Right now I am 126 so i will reevaluate how I look at 120 and go from there. :)

I'm 5'2 and my goal weight is 110-115. I have that as my goal but with the amount of muscle I want to put on I am not sure if thats what weight I will get to. I'm currently 131 but before my daughter I was about 115 and still had a few pounds of fat on me. Feel free to add me! I'm always looking for friends!! :)
