My husband's choir coach says the water is definitely best to drink before singing to get things lubed and loose. I watched that the other day and it was funnier than I anticipated. I laughed quite a bit. You just can't take it too seriously. I like a movie i don't have to think about to "get it" sometimes. ;)

Went and saw the new Shrek movie last week and it is SO much better than the 3rd one (IMO) I LOL'ed a lot. LOVE the fat Puss in Boots. :D

Loads of great suggestions here... my friend turned me on to these homeopathic over the counter pills just called Leg Cramps with Quinine that helped me a lot. I take them when I get really back lower back or leg cramps and they work really well for me.

Perhaps you feel strangely because when our outward appearances change people notice and when they say something we may interpret it as a judgement... whether it's a nice comment or a bad comment I still get anxiety at times when people make comments...

Arts or crafts, keep your hands and mind busy. Skip the TV... just start moving if nothing else. Start a project. That helps me... Good luck... ;)
