After months of being "on the wagon," I feel I have come to a complete halt.
I haven't ran in over a week, and I usually go almost every day.
I eat very healthy, typically, and now I literally feel like I can't stop binging on ice cream, chips, and junk food! It's ridiculous!
I'm of a healthy weight, if anything, I could afford to gain a few pounds.
I just HATE this feeling of being out of control!!!
I'm ravenous and it's hard to stop.
Any advice?
LOVE!!!

Arts or crafts, keep your hands and mind busy. Skip the TV... just start moving if nothing else.

Start a project. That helps me...

    Good luck... ;)

Are you: Anxious? Worried? Bored? Afraid? :glasses:
Anything else going on? Emotionally upset? :grumble:
Or maybe the Good Eater just wants to rebel?? :drinker:

I was feeling so frustrated, crabby & bored last night!
Just wanted to EAT, EAT & more EAT!! :explode:
    I had a big cookie, wine & WHINE ......
went for a walk, ate a BIG salad for dinner.

I agree, work on a project of some kind. Even if you don't feel like doing the
usual workout, get bizzzy moving around, wash the car, do something physical.

    Good Luck! :flowerforyou:  :flowerforyou:
  • Thank you, everyone!
I think it comes from a combination of hormones and stress...especially since I have been sleeping fewer hours during the night as of late.
I think I'm just so USED to giving in and eating whatever I want until I am stuffed, that I've forgotten how to use my self control! And I have used it many times before...so what's different now, I wonder?
    It's never worth it. Ever.
Thank you for the support and suggestions!
