easier way to analyze homemade meals?

hi all - i'm new here, and have tried tracking my meals on a variety of websites. were i get hung up is that i cook at home a lot and don't eat many processed foods or pre-packaged meals with nutritional lables on them.

that means that i have to add each little ingredient in to make up the meal...takes forever! anyone have experience with streamlining this process?! or any other creative ideas?
