  • I did the 30 day shred every day for 34 days straight..but i think she does recomend taking 1 day of rest a week. .I chose to do it every day b/c it was my intro back into an excersise routine...and b/c it's only 27 min...30 days straight definatly helped me make it a habit..now if i miss a day of workout I totaly feel…

  • we put our kids down round 8 or 9pm...and I try to go to bed by 10. odd nights I'll stay up to watch tv till 11 .... but usualy tiered enough to go to sleep by 10...i try to get 7 -8 hours in. I would like to be up by 6pm ..even 5:30 would be great...My first daycare child arrives at 7:15...and my kids wake round 7:30.

  • week 3, I do my weighins on friday.. I'm down 1.6 lbs since I started doing 6w6p (I was doing 30ds and now ripped in 30 everyday, 6w6p 3-4 x a week) and finay seen a drop in my measurements!!! Loss total of 2.2 inches.. whaahoo!!
  • If anyone is still having Neck strain when doing the floor abb moves try to keep your chin off your chest , eyes on the roof...But ALSO PUSH YOUR TONGUE TO THE ROOF OF YOUR MOUTH...this was a tip i got from Jillian M. on her Ripped in 30 work out which I started last night...and tried it when doing the 6w6p. it works

  • Official 30 days is Done on Wed. ..but I did 14 days at level 1 and want to do a full 10 days of Level 3...so will wrap it all up on Friday.   • gOOD for you...show that scale who`s boss! it`s nothing but a number...health and fitness is all about how you feel, not about what number the scale shows!....If your workout wasnt`doing it for you...try something alternate for that day...then try 6w6p again tomorrow...Just crank the tunes and dance your stress…

  • I'm Starting Level 3 tomorrow...will do that for 10 days....I also started doing 6 week 6 pack last monday...so I do the shred every day...eliptical every 2nd day...and 6w6p 5x a week. After my 30ds is done I do plan on doing the ripped in 30.
