Keep it up.. training can make you very sore.. make sure you are eating or having a protein shake after your workouts- carbs are needed to help repair muscle after workouts.. so fuel your body with proper nutrition so you can work through it. I love buying rotisserie chickens from my grocer. I cut it up and put it in a ziplock. Buy it on sunday and take it to work for the week. Cut up veggies too. I would say if you want to indulge in a favorite of yours, that you never have the chance to, do it! whatever that food, meal may be. If not.. I would still eat something.. like nuts or cereal, or a salad. Sometimes if you are used to starving yourself... and then eating till your gorged.. you body may still be in training…

I found it helpful to make a list of foods I LOVED! Chocolate, Hummus, Tabouli, Crepes with coolwhip, cereal ,burger king burgers, greek salads and found out what all the fat, cals, protein were in them. I usually do 6 days a week of cardio/strenght training (switching). I have had that too and thought it was the no sugar and no caffeine but then found I was still having them... I changed my food chart to say Breakfast, AM Snack, Lunch, PM Snack, Dinner- smaller meals more often regualtes my low blood sugar issues.

This may sound weird.. and I am no way a professional.. but you may need to start taking in more calories... and doing interval training. As you work out longer your body metabolizes food faster... so if you are doing the same routine as 2 months ago.. your body no longer functions the same.. and may have kicked into…

Hey I hope someone can give me some guidance. Everyday I workout and diligently input all of the food I have eaten for the day. Everyday my 5 week projected weight outlook will go down even if only a few ounces.. but today it went uo 3 lbs for the projected 5 weeks???/ Why is that????? Am I doing something wrong???

I have also been told on average it takes women's bodies about 7 weeks to start to kick into high metabolic mode where they finally begin to shed weight.. maybe its a timing thing.
