Should I always eat my " Daily Goal" calories?

If I do an hour of cardio, should I eat the extra calories? I have been stuck at the same weight for about three weeks and I do not know if I should eat a little more to kick it in gear. I am getting frustrated. I workout for about four hours per week and I have only lost 11 pounds since Christmas. BOO!

I have also been told on average it takes women's bodies about 7 weeks to start to kick into high metabolic mode where they finally begin to shed weight.. maybe its a timing thing.

You're not alone...I've been stuck at the same weight for several weeks now, despite exercising daily for an hour. I do eat all of my exercise calories, but previously, I wasn't (I only ate around 1000 cals/day) and I'm pretty sure I messed up my metabolism. So now I'm waiting for it to kick back into gear...

Just keep up the calorie counting, follow this site's guided daily amount for you, and eat your exercise calories...hopefully we'll both move out of this slump soon
