:smile: I felt like I had gained back all the weight I lost all in on meal! I'm afraid to wake and and see the old me! Just get some sleep and in the morning is a new start.

Working and having eggs for breakfast and have a snickers egg in the freezer and a cadbury egg at my boyfriend's house for safe keeping. Ham slice for dinner after work.

I do plan on eating a easter egg or some from of easter chocolate. The bakery in the store I work at made cute egg shaped cakes and covered them in chocolate so thinking that will be my treat!

Take a deep breath and start the day over. After looking for the quick fix for many years, I'v finally got that I have to excercise and pay attention to what I eat and measure it out. It is a stuggle at times but happy with the healthy choices and some weeks the scale doesn't move and some times in the wrong direction but…

Less process food, I know it is easy and convient but a few hours on a day off and you can have things prepared for the week to go to!

When I look at lables that is one of the things I look at now is the sodium count!

I think going over the fiber and protien is good but not the sodium, it likes to hold the water. I'm amazed though what foods had sodium that I would never thought of. Eggs, cauliflower, sodium is in more then just processesd food. Keep up the good work and it will come together.

I will have to try that! I like rice but love cauliflower and brought home 3 heads yesterday from work that were still good but not sellable pretty!

I have found 100 cal packs of coco covered Almonds that are yummy! I did buy chocolate rice cakes the other day but haven't broke yet to eat them! Good luck and just taste and savor!

I live in Ludington and have been doing MFP since Jan 23 and have lost 10 lbs and love this site. The support and the people you meet from all over the world. I have enjoy this mild winter since I started running and can run along the waterfront park area!

You can do both and just plan for the occasions. Plan on goal weight to let yourself enjoy a treat. I'm doing that with pizza and if this week goes the way I want next Sat. I will be enjoying! You can do both just stay strong!

Calories are 20 and low carb and fat! Very good sub to the real thing. There is a odor at first but follow the diretions and it goes away and taste and the texture is the same. Try them!

I have been wondering that too! I'm new at running also and will be doing my first 5k on the 17th but today it is gusting 25 to 30 mph. I will learn from your question.

Yes it can be salty, I like Daisy brand because in doen't have alot of other things in it. Plain or with fruit is good, I add it to my oatmeal to pump up the protien!

Keep up the good work that you have done losing the 7! Take his negitive and turn in to your positive and keep working out and making the right choices on what you put in your body!
