Hi folks, I'm 5'5 with a weight of 170 at the moment. Hoping to lose 30-40 (I have my goal set to 140 at the moment but we'll see how it goes and I might reassess it to less). Feel free to add me! Who knew there were so many of us? :)

I've done a couple of days over the last two weeks in preparation for the July challenge. It's definitely harder than expected but hopefully that means it will work! Starting in earnest tomorrow.

Personally I always feel that opening the account and posting on the message board about your intentions is the start of the journey. Good luck with it. The support on here is great.

Fair play on your journey so far, I'm really just starting with a new determination and I love hearing success stories like yours. I have about the same to loose as you would have before you started, about 40lbs in total. Mutual motivation? We can definitely do this :happy:
