I workout using Fitness Blender videos on YouTube. There are a ton available (for free) at various lengths so I can squeeze in a workout if time is limited.

I'd probably log a tbsp, depending on the size of the piece of chicken.

I do a lot of FB videos as well. If I do one with the calories burned, I typically log the lower number. I don't currently have a HRM, or I would use that number.

They do have really good turkey bacon. I think I need to make a TJ's trip soon. :)

I like their Chili Lime chicken burgers (in the frozen section). They usually have a good price on almond milk too.

My calorie goal is set at maintenance right now. I breastfeed, so setting my goal at maintenance and breastfeeding (uses around 400-600 calories) puts me close to a lb weight loss per week. I try to make healthy choices for my calories, but allow myself some not-so-healthy foods if they fit in my calories. I've been doing…

I also had a c-section in May. I was cleared for exercise at around 8-10 weeks postpartum. My doctor advised that I start slowly and listen to my body. I just recently started exercising (I kept putting it off) and so far haven't had any issues. Good luck!

Thank you for sharing your journey. You are awesome! :)

I love the Doctor. I'm torn between 10 & 11 as to who is " my doctor ." Eccleston was my 1st though, so he will always have a special place in my heart(s). :)

You look awesome! Congrats on getting healthier! :D

I agree with not worrying about the calories. If you have a 500 calorie deficit built into your goal, I don't think a few goldfish/bunny grahams is going to keep you from losing weight. :)

Thanks for the welcome. :) I hope we can all find peace with this.

I think we probably spend about the same. Our grocery costs have increased, but that is because I'm trying to buy a little more organic foods and I buy almond milk for me instead of drinking the milk I buy for my son. BUT we definitely eat out less so I think it kind of evens out.

I go to the gym twice a week and leave my son in the kid's zone. Otherwise, I either put him in the stroller and go for a walk/run or do a workout video while he's napping. On the weekends I go to the gym while my hubby stays home with him. Hope this helps. :)

I rarely eat cereal and I almost NEVER leave food behind. But if I did, I would just count it as if I ate it. Unless I left like half my steak on the plate, then I would weigh what was left and adjust my diary.

What an amazing story! You rock!! :)

Mission complete for this week. I walked/ran for 2 hours and 10 minutes trying to find a safe haven. Along the way I had to kickbox my way through a roaming horde for about 20 minutes.

I'm a SAHM to an almost 3 year old boy. When I stopped working I had some issues with being around food all day. I'd like to lose 30-40 lbs (in addition to the 17 lbs I've already lost). My exericise tends to happen during nap time and in the morning on the weekends when my hubby is home. Feel free to add me as a friend. :)

My go-to breakfast choices are either toast with peanut butter and a piece of fruit, or a Luna Bar. Lately I've been eating the multigrain waffles from Whole Foods (365 brand) with blueberry preserves, but that is when I don't have to be anywhere in the morning. Lunch is usually a sandwich and chips or veggies. Sometimes I…

Welcome! I really like using MFP. It helps me feel in control of what I'm eating without starving. :)

Hi, I had a few friends who didn't eat much, but I've since deleted them. I have my diary open to friends, so feel free to add me. :)
