What do you do when you've measured out your food, but then leave a few bits? Like this morning, I measure out my cereal and milk but left a few bits of cereal and some milk. No way to measure what I've left! Should I just count it and consider it an accomplishment?

I rarely eat cereal and I almost NEVER leave food behind. But if I did, I would just count it as if I ate it. Unless I left like half my steak on the plate, then I would weigh what was left and adjust my diary.0
