I did her Five Really Big Miles DVD. That's a good DVD to get in tons of steps.

I know where you're coming from. Due to early signs osteoarthritis in my left knee, there are some exercises I can't do anymore. I have a ton of Wii games and exercises I can't use anymore because they involve some sort of running or jumping which my doctor told me not to do. The only thing that I can do is walk. I have…

Luckily, Leslie's DVDs don't bore me. Check your local library to see if you can check out some of Leslie's other DVDs. Maybe trying them will motivate you to buy new ones.

Leslie's Five Really Big Miles is my go-to DVD.
-
Davadoto, you listed some good ones, I can't beat those.

I love Leslie. I use her Five Really Big Miles DVD.

Howdy and good luck with your fitness journey. Take baby steps - it's about progress not perfection.
-
Five Really Big Miles. I do the whole thing at once and it give me a guaranteed 8,000 steps.
-
I've been using mine since January 2012 and I really enjoy it. I try to walk a minimum of 10,000 steps a day.

Up until a few weeks ago I was tracking EVERYTHING daily. Now I do it every other day or so but intend to get back to doing it everyday.

I just purchased it today and found out that the online community is no longer active, I'm going to start using it August 1 and see how I like it. I've read good things about it,

I'm trying to come up with a rest day schedule. Exercising and watching calories is important but every now and then you have to rest yourself and not think about it. One day off isn't going to ruin your fitness goals.

Ms. Zumba - I haven't had Juniors in years...but now that you mentioned it...LOL!

I use Leslie Sansone's Five Really Big Miles DVD and I have a Wii.

Howdy! Start small and work your way up from there. This fitness journey is full of hills and valleys. Be well and carry on.
-
I'm using Leslie Sansone's Five Really Big Miles DVD. I also use a Fitbit and when I'm finished with Leslie, I clock in about 8,000 steps.

Every two weeks. I think weighing every day is too much but once a month can be too little. Every two weeks is a "happy" medium for me.
-
I would like to incorporate some strength training into my routine. My daily routine consists of walking one hour for lunch and doing the Leslie Sansone's Five Really Big Miles DVD on the weekend. I use my Fitbit and average about 12,000 steps daily.

I live in New York but I'm originally from a small town near Charleston, SC. Yay South Carolina!

I've never tried a cleansing but I'm curious to see what other people have done.

I think having it every now and then is ok - not sure about a few times a week. There is a lot of salt in that food which is not good for you. Everyone has got something they can improve on. Start with baby steps and wean yourself down to a few times a month - or less.

I'm digging her Five Really Big Miles DVD.

I would keep on doing what I was doing. You would know if you're getting too thin, If your cheeks are sunken in, you have little to no energy, etc would be clues. Some people don't have enough things going on in their lives so they try to manage yours. Some people are well meaning...others, not so much,

Howdy! Much luck with your journey. Start out with baby steps and then do a little more at a time.

It seems like all of these approved diet things start out with a bang and next thing you know there are lawsuits and settlements where people have been damaged (liver, kidney, heart, etc).

I have the 10 Minute Solutions Knock-Out Body DVD. It's ok but I prefer the real workout I get with the Leslie Sansone's Five Really Big Miles DVD. See if your library has any of the 10 Minute Solutions DVDs and then you can rent to try them out.

I have early signs of this. My doctor gave me a prescription last week for physical therapy. The noise my left knee makes when I go up stairs is annoying. My doctor said since I came in early, it may get better with therapy. We'll see.

I can't recommend any sites but as in real life, be cautious. Unfortunately people have ALWAYS been deceitful in their actions and honesty. The Internet has just exposed us to more of them because it's right in our face. I think online dating gets a bad rap. The issue is not online dating, but the lack of content in a…

Anything by Leslie is okey dokey in my book.
