    I schedule Sunday as my "rest day" but I rarely truly take it. I still go walk or swim or even do a full out workout. That leaves me the ability to rest if I need to.

    use to rest on Sundays, not this time around. I'm doing active rest so I workout 7 days a week.

    My rest days = Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. I work out on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday... my days off from work.

    I'm trying to come up with a rest day schedule.

    Exercising and watching calories is important but every now and then you have to rest yourself and not think about it. One day off isn't going to ruin your fitness goals.
