I just gave up wine and beer because I am not losing any weight but busting my butt at the gym and eating healthy. I think it has a lot to do with the booze.

Thank you this information. I am having the same problem. I eat my calories without ever going over and I have been busting my butt at the gym 5 day a week for 5 weeks now. It gets to me because I feel like giving up if I am not getting any results!!!

I use MFP on my iphone and love it :) I find I am on here a lot more than on my laptop. Only negitive thing is you cannot access the message boards from an iPhone. Good Luck on finding a phone

I love to have chicken ceaser salad wraps - instead of using wraps or pita bread I use lettuce to wrap the chicken and salad. Its so yummy and under 250 cals!

Hi Everyone!!!! My name is Natasha and I am so EXCITED for the May challenge! I am loking to get myself back in shape after a foot injury and being lazy for a year. I used to run half marathons and want to back in it. I just started going back to the gym and I have been feeling great! Cheers :)

If I had a dollar for every person that offered me sweets at work.....I wouldnt have to work ever!! Its very hard to say no when some yummy treat is in front of you but you need to say NO!!!! I bring healthy snacks so if I get a craving for sugar I eat my snacks and not the 600 calorie donut! They have these new snacks…
