I have a 7 week old and I've started working out just after his morning feed when his sleeping and by the time his woken up I've worked out, showered & had breakfast. When I work out I have so much more energy than when I don't Feel free to add me as I can always do with motivation :smile:

That's really good, I am looking to do this as I'm currently having to go dairy free and feel this would be good for me. Plus I heard its good if you have lupus (which I do) Feel free to add me if you want

I started on Monday, just done day 4. I did it last year but since then I got pregnant and had a baby. Feel free to add and hopefully motivate each other as I need to shift this baby weight :smiley:

I started on Monday and just done day 4 and this is the 3rd time I've done it. Although the last time I did it was a year ago and I had a baby 7 weeks ago. Your right Kellyreen it's gets better not easier. Don't give up Hayden_sr the results are so worth it

There is a slimming world recipe where you only use an egg white & sweetener to make a pancake and tbh there rather nice the sweetener takes away the egg flavour & at only 14 calories you can add your favourite toppings
