Never. I cook my own meals, place them in Tupperware, and freeze them. Too much sodium in commercial frozen meals for my liking.

I am using Body Beast and would say a chin up bar would he nice. 5-25lbs dumbbells may be enough at first, but you can buy resistance bands to augment. I use BowFlex dial-up weights. You can use a stability ball instead of a bench.

Look up Virtual Active and check out the "virtual running" trails you can watch as you are on the treadmill. Sounds silly, but it helps me.

P90X3 was a great series and more enjoyable than the P90X series. If you have your own dumbbells, you can also try Body Beast depending on what your goals are.

Find a 50-lbs weight/dumbbell and see how that registers on your home scale. If you are able to use heavier weights, use those, but I only picked 50-lbs since it is not too heavy, but heavy enough to get a reasonable calibration.

@Sarauk2sf "How is this relevant to the OP?" If you read the article in the link, it states the artificial sweeteners inhibit weight loss. Since the OP has started drinking diet soda and is no longer losing weight, I would say there is relevancy.

Most people will say you use a calorie surplus to gain muscle, then continue to weight train with a calorie deficit to lose fat and retain the muscle. I have not read anything that says you can gain muscle AND lose fat at the same time.
