I too struggle, but AM workouts are really the only time I have to make sure I fit it in...gotta try moving that alarm clock across the room! Once you are up, its not that bad, and once you get that workout in you will feel so good about the day!

Wow! Amazing job! I also have 5 children, and it can be so hard to fit the time in to exercise. But no excuses...I just gotta do it! Thanks for the inspiration!

Never realized there were so many different ideas...always trying to find something new for cottage cheese

Interesting. My knee has just started bothering me since using the elliptical at a new gym. I had thought the same thing...how can this be? the elliptical is supposed to be ok for the knees. I will try adjusting the stride and paying more attention to my foot positioning. Otherwise, stationary bike, here I come.
