If you aren't such a fan of unsweetened things like iced tea, maybe try adding Stevia or Truvia? They're natural plant extract sweeteners, and may have a carb or two but nothing significant :)

I'm 5'10'' and my highest weight was around 190lbs. I have broad shoulders and hips but my legs are really long and slender... so I'm shooting a bit lower to get rid of stubborn belly fat. My current weight is 153, and I'm aiming for between 145 and 150 when all is said and done, but really I just want to be toned :)
