I was diagnosed with the same thing about a week ago. I have an appointment with the neurosurgern on the 15th. I'm very hardheaded and decided to just stick with my regular routine. (no one has told me not to yet) Your post really has me worried. Are you having surgery? Are you in therapy? How long until you can lift again.

Sorry, I don't have an answer for you. Just wondering is P90X difficult? I get very interested in it everytime I see it on tv, but then I get scared that I can't handle it. If you hrm is correct, I may just have to get over my fears and purchase it. Good Luck

Roller Derby - I don't think I'm ready for that, but it would be a great workout and stress reliever.

Because I did want to see for myself - I wore my hrm. I was roller skating for 1 1/2 hours and burned 464. Some of my laps were faster and some were slower (with my 4 year old). Overall it was a nice afternoon with the family and I burned some calories, too!

Up until I got a hrm I was just estimating and going by mfp numbers. In the beginning I was exercising and moving a whole lot more than ever before. And losing weight and inches because of it. I did 6 weeks with BL Boot Camp, then on april 29 bought and started Shred (got at target $12). On monday I started level 2. When I stopped swearing at Jillian I moved on to level 2. Today I hit my first goal. Be OVERWEIGHT! Strange I know, but for the past 7 weeks thats what I've wanted most. My BMI today is 29.97 Overweight NOT OBESE!
