Thanks to a very nice MFP friend, I am now the proud owner of The Wave. It just came yesterday and haven't had a chance to use it yet. I was hoping to hear from other people on how well it worked for them. I really want to burn calories to loose fat and tone up my abs, butt, thighs and saddlebags! I really hope this helps me out. It seems like so much fun.

    It is made by the firm. Instead of a step it is rounded. You can do all sorts of exercise on it. You can look it up online.

    I keep looking at this - it looks like it would fun on the days I'm just not feeling the gym. Have you tried it yet? Do you like it? Any results since you started. Details please.... :)
