First off congratulation to you for the amount of weight loss you have achieved. You first have to think about you and how you feel. Talk it over with your husband and get him to compromise by being supportive with you in this step you are taking and take "baby steps" to find that "sexy" side of yourself. You do not have…

Hi, I never done a smoothie cleanse, but I did a research and came across this website http://www.wholeliving.com/search/apachesolr_search/detox. On this site it has a wealth of information that may be helpful to you.

Are you an evangelist? I am at AHA, this post really touched me emotinonally. Although I never experienced as much as you have, I can say my abuse has been on the line of verbal abuse. I too had to battle turmoil over 24 years. Life for 'ME' began at age 50. They say this is the "jubilee" time of our life. For me, it is…

Yes you can achieve your goal with will power and determination

I have not tried it yet, but plan on trying it starting on 4-20-12. Any way, I came across this website that had a wealth of information on cayenne pepper health benefits http://www.cayennepepper.info/. What may work for one person may not work for another, all we can do is test it for ourselves.
