you might try mixing up the type of calories you get too. for example, try to eat a really high percentage of protein for a few days. that can shock your metabolism a little bit. in most cases you have to find the right balance of carbs, fat, and protein for you. oh and absolutely eat all your calories and workout calories…

a couple things to consider. first, you're right about stretching. try and get into the habit of adding 10 or 15 mins of stretching after you run. second, make sure you're warmed up before hitting the treadmill or streets. lastly, make sure you have good shoes. just my two cents.

Maybe you all should change your protein ratios for calorie intake...so instead of being 30% of your daily intake, the goal would be 35% and thus would lower your fat or carb intake goals. Just a thought.

I agree. Always go to the artist. They end up coming up with stuff that is totally different and can be really cool. Plus it gets them more excited about what they're doing for you. It's their art your carrying around.
