So I lost 18 pounds. I was feeling awesome. Weeks went by. I had a few days where I said screw it and went way over. But 2 weeks later I hadn't lost any real weight. Just a few fractions.

I wanted to know how close I was to a healthy bmi, when I stumbled back to my goals. I noticed that my 1 pound loss a week was suddenly at .8 pounds loss a week. Say what?!

Sooooo... i went through the goal wizard again and it reduced my calorie goal by about 50-100 calories. A few days later I lose a pound.

If you have lost 15ish pounds and start to plateau, I definitely recommend you take a look at your goals again.

Am I the only one who didn't notice this?

I've seen the site remind you to double check your goals after losing 10 lbs as a way to remind you to stay on top of this.

As you have less fat left to burn, your body can operate on a smaller calorie deficit than when you had more fat. So as you continue to lose weight, you should start slowing your goals, or else you will not be giving your body enough calories and you will plateau.
