what are you drinking throughout the day?? if its only water, good, but if ur drinking soda or something that could be ur problem

i lost about 14 pounds in 50 days eating around 1200 - give or take and doing 30 min on the elliptical about 5 days a week and a 30 min walk with my dog almost every day. i'm 5'3" started at 127 and i'm 25 years old

i weigh all the time and only log on sundays (still, even though i'm on maintenance now) i can't resist, and i think the changes motivate me more, if i see a bit of a difference, it makes me say "hmm, maybe i better not skip exercise" or "maybe i better skip the bowl of ice-cream"

same here, i've been eating ice-cream almost daily and no weight gain. i'm still staying around my maintenance calories though

you can have fast food, but u have to do it in moderation... that's a lot of food for one meal..!! cheat day does not equal pig out day. but it should not undo the work you have done, do some extra exercise and eat better and it will all even out

i got my digital scale at bed bath and beyond, i think it was like $20, it is going to be a lot more accurate than one you are manually adjusting all the time.

i try to do at least some exercise in order to stay on track, and it can actually make u feel a little bit better. nothing to extreme though if u are having trouble catching your breath
