Yesterday I dead lifted 195 lbs 3 times and flipped a 300 pound tire 15 times. I've just started these workouts so it really gets me excited to see how much I'll be lifting by next year

So that on top of women with PCOS most likely also suffering from IR, cutting out simply carbs is a good thing to do. We can live without them…

It's so annoying! I try o put it in a loose bun on the top of my head but it comes out and I ends up under my back, pulling my neck. If I make the bun tighter it just gives me a headache. I should just chop it but I don't wear short hair well.
