I'm breastfeeding my 20 month old and looking to get in shape as well. Feel free to add me!

I am sort of in the same boat now. My BF works 3rd shift and expects us to sit here all day during the summer when he sleeps (instead of going swimming, for walks, outside). It doesn't happen. LOL My best advice is do what makes YOU happy. Eventually, he'll either learn to deal with it or stop b****ing about it. It took…

My ex took me to a concert and had it displayed across the GIANT screen. I looked over and he was down on one knee.. I was so surprised (and i think that's the key thing here SURPRISE HER) and the people around us started clapping. It was great. Note: He's an ex for another reason.. LOL I said yes.

OP - I agree. I have yo-yo dieted for YEARS because almost all of them tell you no fat, no sugar, no anything that you actually enjoy.. so I fell off the wagon. Now, this time around I just eat whatever I want to (just not a whole bag). In the early days I could easily plow through a WHOLE BAG of potato chips or an entire…

Everybody's Fine.. It stars Robert Deniro & Drew Barrymore so I figured it was going to be great.. Cried off and on throughout the whole movie.I wouldn't recommend that movie unless you want to watch the most depressing film ever made..

*cries* Alcohol. I'm not a huge fan of the "I won't eat all day so I can drink tonight" method. Given my current status I can say it'll be at least a year or more before I get to enjoy a nice cold beer to wash down a steak. (100 calories for a light beer.. it's girl's night out that kills me.. Normally one of our…

HAHA omg. My bf thought I was nuts when I put the lonely poptart in a plastic bag for another day. He's like "They wouldn't be packaged IN TWOS in a serving was ONE.." and then he looked at the box. LOL

My mother: "You're dieting.. and you're eating THAT??" (in reference to a small slice of chocolate cake after I walked 5 miles that day pushing my son around in a stroller.) Me: I burned a LOT of calories today and if I feel that I want a small slice of cake I can have it.

Yikes. I think I will just go with the flow this time too. (I didn't know there was such a thing as a belly bandit after I had my son). Thanks for the advice :)

Congrats on the twins! I've only gained about 5lbs total so far (at 23 weeks). I had horrible MS the first few months. With my son I gained around 35lbs and the bottom of my stomach looks...weird now. ? If that makes any sense. Thank you for the advice. :)

I'm assuming either A) you don't have children or B) you don't have a vagina. After a vaginal birth you aren't allowed to exercise for 6 weeks.. and I think after a c-section it is longer. The object isn't to "look thinner and not put in any work" it's to make sure I don't have separation of my ab muscles…

I'm due in June and I still try to log. (Under the advice of my OB) I have upped my calories by 200/day in the first trimester and 400/day in the second trimester. On the days I feel like logging, I log. Days that I feel sick/can't eat very much I just eat whatever I'm craving. *steals boyfriend's tator tot* Talk to your…

Right now: To gain a HEALTHY amount of weight during pregnancy and not balloon up 35+lbs like last time. (I'm starting out this pregnancy bigger than I should be already.. 15lbs would be reasonable.) Normally: To lose the 75lbs I gained through emotional eating, inactivity, laziness, and excuses. <- this starts again in…

I'm 5ft and have around 75 lbs to lose after this pregnancy is over. :) Good luck ladies! I'll be starting my weight loss in August (after my 6 week check up).

Good luck. I tried cutting calories when I was breastfeeding and my milk supply really suffered :( I lost about 10lbs but when it came down to choosing between my milk drying up or weight loss... i chose to keep the milk lol Some people lose naturally while breastfeeding without counting calories and others don't. I was…

try this http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ also, add 500calories a day (to whatever number that site gives you) for breastfeeding :) Good luck

All women are real women. Unless you're one of those creepy dolls that men buy.. omg what are they called?? I think they were "real dolls" or something like that.
-
Regular women? Eh. Whatever. I never wanted to be "regular" anyway. Women in lingerie = women in lingerie. We're all different and that's okay. I wish I was half as confident as some of those women.. and even when I'm fit I don't think I'd ever be confident enough to let someone put pictures of me out there like that...…

I do both of these. Lol.

 let's just hope "life begins at birth" never breeds.

ETA: Have you ever seen an ultrasound by chance? The baby's heart forms around 5 weeks.. I consider that life. (Actually, I believe life begins at conception.. buuuuuut for the sake of argument..) the baby just doesn't magically become "alive" when it is born. It kicks and moves the whole pregnancy. movement = life. heart…

Personally, it seems a tad bit expensive. I drink a lot of green tea (usually hot). I love it and it's around $3.00 a box. :flowerforyou: I was reading through the meal plan.. I would *die* without water. That was a red flag for me. But I'm weird and like the taste of just plain water. :drinker: good luck

bump! making these today!! :drinker:
