I would eat plenty of lean, clean foods earlier in the day. You will be full but not ingest a lot of calories. I would also drink 8oz of water about 30 minutes before you eat. Walk a lot, fidget, stand, be active. Sitting effectively halts calorie burn. So just try to do a lot of chatting, etc.. while standing. And, enjoy.…

I have a Bowflex with a chest strap. It was $140 but I luckily got it clearanced for $40 at Big 5. I fully recommend one with a chest strap. I woke up at 5am on Valentine's Day to workout so I could spend my night with my honey. Let me just tell you that I SUCK in the mornings!!! My body wasn't warmed up enough & I didn't give nearly as much as I do at night. I'm a night owl honey. I sleep at 6-7 hours.

Have you tried eating healthy carbs throughout the day like fruit? It sounds like your body really needs the boost. You generally crave what you need, there's just always a healthy or unhealthy way of satisfying those cravings.

I own almost every Beachbody DVD (Turbo Jam, P90X, Turbo Fire, Insanity, etc...). They are how I've lost all my weight.

rather then bump my workouts up after Turbo Fire & Insanity, I am taking a period to utilize a different type of exercise and have ordered Yoga Booty Ballet: Ab & Booty makeover. Who doesn't want those made over??? LOL ;)

EAT on P90X or you will not have the energy to make it through all the programs or give 100% effort! I loved doing P90X!!! I ate plenty, worked out hard, & watched my clothes get bigger & bigger every day!!
