For me, the first me is still my hardest. If you can push yourself just a little further, and then a little further you'll be surprised at how far you can go. I learned to run with 5K101 app. I know I couldn't have made it this far without that program.

I had a c-section with my twins almost 6 years ago and had a VBAC 3 years ago. I have lost 62 lbs over the last 14 months, 20 more to go, and while my stomach has gone waaaay down, the little skin flap is still there. I don't know if the last 20 pounds will make the difference but I hope so. I am not willing to do surgery…

If you haven't started yet, I want to recommend a program called 5k 101. There is an app and here is the website http://runningmatemedia.com/ I have been a C25K failure, many times over. I have never been a runner and had never run even a mile. I absolutely loved the 5k101 app. I started it last September and ran my first…

I just throw mine in the wash on cold water. I have a front loader, so no agitator for it to get tangled up on. I hang to dry.

I had a terrible time with C25k. I found another app that I LOVE and am progressing pretty easily. I like it so much better Its called 5k101.

You look fabulous!!! I am down 48 lbs and just told my husband last night I was a bit discouraged because people don't seem to notice. Looking at your pics the difference is AMAZING!! Very helpful, so thanks!! Keep going all the way to goal!

Are you wearing a HRM? Try HIIT. Steady state cardio at a walking pace won't burn calories fast.
-
Have you tried tracking your sodium? That has been a real eye opener for me.
-
I use MapMyRun

I'm sure you are severely dehydrated from drinking that much alcohol.

Polar FT4 is the one I use. It's pretty basic, easy to use, very comfortable.

What kind of weights are you using? I have seen some member say that were up to 25 lbs and I was wondering if that was total, or each dumbbell? This looks like a program I would like. Its just such an investment since I would need weights also

I am also a lifetime member of WW. It def worked for me several years ago when you had a point range. I don't love the new program. I still have lots of cookbooks and in addition to points listed, the macros are listed as well. You don't have to be a member of WW to buy their products. One thing I REEEEAAALLLLY dislike…

I made these tonight! LOVED! I did shredded lettuce b/c I didn't have cabbage and I added a little garlic salt to the yogurt sauce. Tons of salsa left over which I plan to eat tomorrow! Thanks!!

Sounds delicious! I will definitely be making these!

I gained 4 lbs the first week of 30 Day Shred! It's normal and water weight.

I am assuming Disneyland has the same rules as Disney? I absolutely took my own food into Disney. We had a small cooler in our stroller with bottled water, cheese sticks, nuts, etc. Also, most places had a healthy option. You can go to allears.net and look at menus ahead of time and track before you go. Also - I was there…

How long has it been since your last surgery? Sounds like adhesions to me. Its been 5 years since my section and I still get stabbing pains when I sneeze.

That's awesome!!!! I just finished Day 4 of Level 1! Only 26 more to go! ha! I am finding the push-ups easier which is my biggest struggle.
-
I only wear mine during exercise.

You look fabulous and I know you are so proud! Good job!
