  • I've been out for 5 days, got the flu. I'm starting again today, but continue with the programm where I was before.   • I really hated day 01 of level 2 !!! I loved the exercices in level 1, but gosh was I in for a surprise with level 2! But gotta keep going!
  • this is my schedule, but can depend on circumstances: monday - 30DS (or BBB at the gym) tuesday - linedance class wednesday - 30 DS (and sometimes cardio at the gym) thursday - restday (music practice) friday - 30DS saturday - 30DS sunday - 30DS or restday if needed
  • Just do what you can. You'll see, after a while you'll be able to do more. I had to take breaks on day 1 and day 2, but after that it got better every time. When I started I could only do 2 (!) modified push-ups, now I can keep up with the video. Don't give up!
  • Level 2, day 1 - done OMG! This was horrible! I really liked the exercices from level 1, but level 2 not at all. I had to stop multiple times. Hope it gets better !!!
  • Forgot to mention: finished level 1 yesterday. Today I did the Yoga Meltdown, to change things up a bit. Tomorrow morning I'll start level 2, yay!

  • I started today. Finished the first day of level 1 an hour ago. It was hard, but I managed to complete the workout. I'm kinda proud of myself. I hope to be able to keep it up for those 30 days!

  • 07/01/13 - Level 1 - Day 1 completed man, that wasn't easy, but I managed to finish it. I do hate those jumping jacks though! (BTW: I'm Belgian, so I write the date differently...)
