Without reading what everyone else has said...... I would buy a small bag of chips (1oz) and a chocolate bar. Get it out of your system and go on with life! It may slow down your weight loss one week a month but you will survive. IMHO :)

I'm not even going to try to log what I ate yesterday, if it had sugar in it I ate it. Today is a new day though, I'm getting back on track!

Don't eat 600 unless you are sure that you burned 600. I usually eat back 50-75% of my exercise calories just to be safe.

I was told by a trainer at the gym not to include warm up/cool down because your heart rate is not up, so I usually take 10-15 mins off the time I work out.

A cup of carrot sticks is around 60 calories. I eat them every day. Also, if you like V8 Juice, one 11.5 oz can is 70 calories and has 670 mg of potassiumI like it warmed up with some pepper in it.
