    Well, I started out needing 33 lbs to lose. I went up and down before coming back to MFP a month ago.

    Starting Weight: 168
    Current Weight: 158
    Goal Weight: 135

    That will put me at the higher side of a "normal" BMI (I'm 4'11"), but I plan to gain muscle as I lose fat.

    SW: 207 (approximated - I actually did not weigh myself before I started with MFP, assumed I was 210-ish from remembering the last time I had looked at a doctor's scale, but then at my one-week weigh-in was at 205, and doubted I had lost a full 5 lbs)

    Okay, so 53 lbs. I feel like that is such a big goal and it hardly seems attainable. Life is so much different and my motivation is so much different. But I want change. I haven't logged on to MFP for a year or something.

    I think logging what I'm eating makes a huge difference.

    No more excuses.
