Day 1 completed! I agree with everyone. Sit ups are not my friend! Lol hopefully at the end I'll be stronger and have a better tummy. I could definitely feel the burn. Now to do my shred it! Here we go!!

I'm in the same boat, I'm currently at 207. I normally hover just right around there I can't seem to break through the 200's hopefully this week help get me going and push myself a bit harder.

Wow that is awesome, it definitely gives me high hopes! I started yesterday and wore my waist trimmer, i have never sweated more in my life. I think its going to join me with my workouts on the daily. Hopefully i can shed this weight. I took before pics and will take some once im completed.

I'm not sure what the whole fasting thing is, is there some where I can read up on it. I'm definitely interested in it. I'm 207 now and can't ever seen to break through the 200's. I'm a single mom and I want to start hitting this head on. I'm tired of my weight ruling me. I want to be happy and healthy :)

Weighing this morning I'm at 207.4 I started out at 214. I hope this helps me push harder, I really need to motivation and support to actually get it going, I mean once im working out I am a beast its just getting time to do it is the problem but now I'm realizing I need to MAKE the time! No more resisting!!

I am 23 and at 200-205 it changes from one or the other. It gets kind of annoying i mean i love to work out and exercise i just dont know what im doing wrong. Can I get any suggestions? by the way add me:)

I hear ya, I could definitley use more friends to help motivate me. I hadn't realized how bad id let myself go. So far I've lost 11lbs and would like to lose quite a bit more to get back down to 130

Im a single parent, been working on losing weight and cant seem to get it off. I kinda figured it out with me just not eating enough and im in the process of changing that. Other than that i have no idea what else to do....step up the cardio maybe?
