Everyone looks great!! I needed to see this thread today, was feeling frustrated with my progress. Keep up the awesome work! And thanks for the motivation! :flowerforyou:
    Keep track of those calories!!!

Women: multiply your goal weight by 10.

Men: Multiply your goal weight by 11.

This number will be your DAILY CALORIC INTAKE to MAINTAIN that GOAL WEIGHT.

So, if I want to be 160lbs, 160 x 11 = 1760 calories per day. But I am targeting 1200 per day NET calories to get this rolling a little faster. Hope this make sense.

Um...so that means I would have to stick to 1250 calories to maintain 125. I'm LOSING at 1450, and I'm only 10lbs from my GW. Your method doesn't seem quite right....

Great job, all. I'm glad they weren't labeled "Before and After" since, hey, it's always a work in progress, isn't it?

Occasionally when my kids spend the weekend their mom will send some old pics of back when we were all one big, happy family with them in case I want them before she throws them out (Sentimental lady, no?).

Tonight they brought over a pic from Christmas day 2010 and I was so downhearted when I saw what I looked like back then. I never knew. I mean, I KNEW I was fat but....daaaaaaaaaang how do you even comprehend something like that? I guess the human mind is wonderful at deluding itself.

You should thank your ex for sending those pictures back. She helped you to break out of that delusional state... So now when you see her I hope you SMILE!!! Be as NICE as you can be.. ;) Congrats on the loss!!!! You look great.
