Oh sounds yummy. Ive been adding protein shakes to my diet and im curious on what things you mix/make with them. Ive only seen pancakes. Im not a fan of pancakes.

I log everyday and am pretty active with trying to reach my GW since i really started pushing my self 2 weeks ago ive already lost 4lbs. Im very supportive and very enthusiastic. If yall want to add me go ahead:)

Day 9 completed.... for me it all seemed pretty easy even the leg raises which i thought was odd. I kinda felt a little guilty for not doing it yesterday.

For years after my son i have been trying to get rid of all the weight. Love the 30ds, I am headed into day 10 but been on level 2 for about 2 days already, I started to get bored with level 1 and decided to bump it up a notch.

Day 7 completed and loving it! I can definitely feel the burn, I can do more sit ups with our pausing which I'd a plus. The only thing that kills me are the leg raises.

Im not as tall as you gals but im 5,8 and totally have the pear shape with huge freakin hips, butt, and moderate thighs. That's ok, I'm not saying anyone else has to post pictures. I wasn't going to but I thought ehh why not. I was pretty ecstatic to actually see a difference. When I was pregnant with my son I had to have emergency surgery and they cut my stomach all wrong so it's been really hard to find something that has actually worked.

Thats so funny i was thinking the exact same thing. I went camping this weekend and was feeling a little bummed out with not being able to get my normal work out in but we did ALOT of hiking/rock climbing and when i put it all into mfp i was shocked at how many calories it had said i burned. I enjoyed the hike immensely…

So i went camping and couldnt really do my abs so yesterday was my day of rest and today im hitting it head on. So for me day 4 is complete:). I cannot tell you ladies how bad my abs hurt yesterday, I'm so excited to see the finishing results.
