I love it! I have done it twice and gotten great results! More inches lost, than pounds, so make sure you measure...don't just go by the scale. I also did Ripped in 30, and it's awesome too. I use a HRM and I burn from 260-310 calories, depending on my effort. Good luck, and have fun with it!!

As the others said, I didn't lose many pounds, but several inches! I'm on my 2nd time through now...not moving up levels until I can do the advanced moves with no breaks all the way through. I love JM!
