Lunges and squats!

Oh how I hate thee!!! anyone else with me? I know they will do my body good and I will love the results from them but I still hate them lol.

    I truly abhore them, but since I have started doing them (about a month and a half now) my *kitten* and legs look so much better. I can't believe the difference...

    I'm with you and add push ups too. that reminds me I have to go do mine. the ones I do are still modified even but I still hate them with a passion!

    I could lunge and squat all day if I had to.. but when my trainer makes me do jumping squats/lunges, I'm like seriously dude?!

    I love love LOVE squatting! I just recently got into Stronglifts 5x5, and the intense, heavy-weight squatting is doing WONDERS for my legs, butt, and stamina (I feel like my running has improved since beginning strength training!).

    Lunges are one of those things I have a hate/love relationship with. I hate doing them, but once I start, I love what they do for my body.

    Yep, definitely hate them today! I just upped my weights and am now squatting 120 pounds and lunging 110 pounds. Out of the two, lunges are definitely worse! I love deadlifts though!

    I hate lunges. Not only are they hard, but they're awkward and uncomfortable. I never feel like I have good balance when I'm doing them.

    I have a much better relationship with squats, though. I've been loving my weighted barbell squats. It's amazing how quickly it shapes me up!

    I absolutely love to do squats. I don't know why but I feel they're very easy. I don't like pushups.

    However, crunches, pushups, squats and lunges are very good for us and are some of the best workouts yet some of the most underrated workouts so I do them anyways
