I love squats, but I really, really can't stand lunges. I hate them. Lots!!0
-
I truly abhore them, but since I have started doing them (about a month and a half now) my *kitten* and legs look so much better. I can't believe the difference...0
-
I'm with you and add push ups too. that reminds me I have to go do mine. the ones I do are still modified even but I still hate them with a passion!0
-
You can share the hate with travelling lunges and heavy dumbbell step-ups0
-
I LOVE LUNGES! the burn feels so good. so so so good0
-
I could lunge and squat all day if I had to.. but when my trainer makes me do jumping squats/lunges, I'm like seriously dude?!0
-
I love love LOVE squatting! I just recently got into Stronglifts 5x5, and the intense, heavy-weight squatting is doing WONDERS for my legs, butt, and stamina (I feel like my running has improved since beginning strength training!).
Lunges are one of those things I have a hate/love relationship with. I hate doing them, but once I start, I love what they do for my body.0 -
yep, lunges suck. it always ends in tears.0
-
I hate em... But I love em!0
-
I hate them, they're evil. Necessary evil though.0
-
Yep, definitely hate them today! I just upped my weights and am now squatting 120 pounds and lunging 110 pounds. Out of the two, lunges are definitely worse! I love deadlifts though!0
-
I love squats...lunges, not so much. I do them, but I hate them.0
-
I'm ok with lunges and squats, it's push ups I can't do!! :laugh:0

I prefer squats over lunges! But I hate them too! lol :explode:0
-
Love squats! HATE lunges! haha0

I hate lunges. Not only are they hard, but they're awkward and uncomfortable. I never feel like I have good balance when I'm doing them.
I have a much better relationship with squats, though. I've been loving my weighted barbell squats. It's amazing how quickly it shapes me up!0 -
Love 'em -- hurts so good!0
-
I absolutely love to do squats. I don't know why but I feel they're very easy. I don't like pushups.
However, crunches, pushups, squats and lunges are very good for us and are some of the best workouts yet some of the most underrated workouts so I do them anyways0 -
don't mind squats....don't like lunges but i do them both....the results are worth it....0
-
Lol I love squats but hate lunges too!! I did a mega leg workout last Sunday and today is the first day I'm not sore!!!!! I thing is for sure...squats and lunges work!!!!!0
-
Hmmm..... don't hate either.
I actually love squats, all squats. (ok, I don't LOVE overhead)
When I have to do lunges I just think about my how much better my butt looks and they don't seem that bad at all.0 -
I hate em... But I love em!
Yep. I hate doing them, but love having done them.0 -
I'm right there with ya!0

I have a love/hate relationship with lunges and squats right now. My trainers makes me do them three days a week and I dread every session with her, but I LOVE that they are shaping my butt and legs in such a short amount of time.0
-
I've always enjoyed them! Lunges hurt me, but I like the intensity.0
-
I'm ok with lunges and squats, it's push ups I can't do!!
I struggle with push-ups, too. I have to do the "girl" push-ups.0 -
I'm not a huge fan of squats, though I make myself do them. Deadlifts are my preferred lift.0
-
I hate lunges! Squats, on the other hand are not quite so bad.0
-
my knee joints are not the best, add squats and lunges to the mix and its torture. Especially lunges. I actually prefer travelling lunges to static. Static lunges feels like my knees are about to pop. I recently decided to stop doing lunges0
