I find if I keep my room real cool with lightweight pjs and a warm blanket I don't sweat, but if the temp in my room is 1 degree too high, I wake up all sweaty and have to change...good luck!

I always check, but never log it. I feel that it defeats the purpose since i know I will be up 4 pounds or so and it will be gone in a few days...I also don't want to take credit for a loss that isn't really a loss either :wink:
