I always have a gain, when its that time. It bums me out but then I just stick to it and the next week is always a good week.

I have been using the MFP calculation. I also have a Fitbit and it tell me very close to the same calories. Go with what MFP is telling you and if you nned to adjust it you can. :happy:

I just got my Fitbit on Saturday and already it is AWESOME! Yesterday while looking at my stats, I was so close to all my goals but not quit there so....at 10pm, I got my butt up and climbed stairs and got on the treadmill so I would hit all my goals! It was awesome seeing that I reached them for the day. What a little…

I have the same issue on some days. Today, after exercise I had 954 calories left. Im not hungry, so I dont force myself to eat them. I usually have 300ish left on an avg. day. I have been trying to eat higher calorie foods at my meals and it seems to help.

I was at the store tonight and pickup a product and told my husband it looks good but told him how many calories it was and said it is not worth it and put it back. Someone looked at me and smiled. I dont think anyone should be embarassed about making healthy choices and if someone wants to laugh, then its their problem!…

Where I use to work we had an engineer who was able to be here in the US because they sponsered him. Start looking for companies here in the US. Not sure how it is done though. I have a friend who designs games for XBOX. Unfortunately his company just closed. Good Luck to you!

I log everything! Even if I go over! It's good to be able to look back and see where you may need to make adjustments if you had a gain. It's only normal to have a day where you may go over. We all do.
